Introduction

Slow cooker chicken chili with Kidney beans, white beans, black beans, corn, diced chilies and tomatoes. Slow cooker chicken chili with Kidney beans, white beans, black beans, corn, diced chilies and tomatoes.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 unit
    Beans, black, 2 cup
    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup
    Beans, white, 1 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup
    Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 7 serving
    Diced Chilies, 4 serving
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Cumin seed, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Oregano, ground, .5 tsp

Directions

Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place chicken in bottom of pot.
Add diced chilies.
Drain and add kidney beans.
Drain and add black beans.
Drain and add white beans.
Drain and add corn.
Season with onion powder, dried oregano flakes, ground cumin and black pepper.
Add tomatoes with juice.
Cover and set on High.
Prior to serving, break up chicken into chunks.
