Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, unsalted
1 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
4 large eggs
4 tsp granulated sugar

Directions
Preheat oven to 375F. Coat 12-c cupcake pan with cooking spray, including tops.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Add milk and cook until boiling, stirring occasionally. Once boiling, add flour at once and mix with wooden spoon until dough forms a ball and doesn't separate.
Set aside and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Then, add 1 egg at a time, mixing thoroughly to incorporate egg. After all eggs are incorporated, divide dough into 12 pieces and place in cupcake pan. Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve immediately
