3/4 c white whole wheat flour
1/4 c unbleached white
1/4 c truvia
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/4 c fat free greek yogurt
2 tbsp sugar free butterscotch syrup (such as Torani or DaVinci)
1/4 c egg beaters
2 tbsp applesauce
1 tsp vanilla + 1 tsp butterscotch extract
for glaze: 1/2 c powdered z-sweet + 1 tsp butterscotch extract + water/milk to desired consistency
Whisk dry ingredients in medium bowl.
Whisk wet ingredients in small bowl.
Combine wet into dry and mix until just moistened.
Put into donut molds and bake 9-10 minutes.
Whisk together glaze ingredients and glaze once donuts have cooled.
Serving Size: makes 8 donuts
