Ingredients

    1 serving low carb Whey protein powder, I use Nature's best
    8 oz Almond breeze almond milk, original
    2 tsp splenda, or to taste
    1/3 banana, about 7 inch banana
    1 c crushed ice
    1/8 tsp scant coconut flavoring, or any flavor you want

Tips

change up the flavoring to make it something you want. Also, substitute banana for other fruit like berries for another healthy breakfast or anytime.


Directions

place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Drink right away.
