Banana Brownies

Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1 cup flour
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 cup splenda
    3/4 cup packed brown sugar
    2 medium bananas, mashed
    1/3 cup skim milk
    4 tbl egg whites
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

In a medium bowl blend together flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt, and splenda. Mix well. In a large bowl mix bananas, milk, egg whites and vanilla. Mix well, then blend in the brown sugar. Mix in the dry ingredients. Beat just until mixed. Do not over mix. Pour into a baking dish that has been sprayed with non stick baking spray. Bake in a 350 oven for 25 minutes. Do not over bake. Cut into 15 brownies.
