Here's a different way to eat your oatmeal! There's alot you can do with this recipe. You can add soy milk instead of skim and pumpkin pie spice for cinnamon. Ingredients

    2 cups quick oats
    1/8 cup Splenda blend brown sugar
    1-2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

Tips

You can eat them plain or topped with fruit, milk, maple syrup, or chocolate syrup.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Spray or parchment paper line a 8x8 cooking pan. Spread batter in pan. Cook at 350 degrees for 25-30 min. Cool and cut into bars. Store in air tight container.
