6 Pita bread circles, whole wheat
2 Tsp. Ground Cumin
1 Tsp. Ground Coriander
1/4 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Table Salt (use less or eliminate if watching sodium)
Cut Pita into 1/8's. Mix Oil with all spices in a large bowl. Mix Pita Bread in bowl and toss well to coat. Place on baking sheet in single layer. Bake in oven 20-22 minutes, flipping all chips over after 10 minutes. Check for desired "crispness" at 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely before serving.
Serving Size: Makes 6 8-chip servings
