Ingredients

    4 slices Rudi's Multigrain Oat Bread

    * these slices are 110 calories each, 1 gm fat, 180 mg sodium, 21 gm carbohydrate, 2 gm fiber, 2 gm sugar, 4 gm protein

Directions

cut or tear the bread into small cubes or pieces.
Spread evenly on a cookie sheet and bake slowly in a 275 degree oven until dry and crisp.
Zip up in blender or food processor until desired consistancy is reached.
Lay back out on cookie sheet to cool.
Store in an airtight jar.
1 serving is 1/4 cup
