Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Pomodoro Calda Crushed Tomatoes- 28oz
    Garlic, 4 cloves
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .50 cup, chopped
    Sweet peppers yellow (bell), .50 cup, chopped
    Summer squash, 2 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
    Itallian seasoning
    red pepper flakes
    extra lean ground beef

Tips

This can be served over spaghetti, rice, noodles etc.


Directions

I just sauted the ground beef - drained what little grease there was. Then added the garlic and onion - cooked 1 min, added mushrooms and roasted peppers cooked 2 min then added the squash.
Put about 1 tbl itallian seasoning and 1 ts red pepper flakes. Will let simmer 2-3 hours for all the flavors to merge

Serving Size: I think this will make aprox 6-8 1/2 cup servings
