3 cloves garlic (or garlic powder)
2 Tbs Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
2 tsp Lite Soy Sauce
1 tsp rosemary (dried)
4 Tbs Red Wine Vinegar
8 Tbs. red wine
4 Tbs unsweetened ketchup
2 tsp worchestershire sauce
3 Tbs A-1 Steak sauce
Pour marinade over meat and marinate for 24 hours turning frequently.
When ready to barbecue, take out meat and pour suace into a bowl. Add ketchup, worchestershire sauce and A-1 steak sauce. Stir well and baste meat with this during grilling. Turning often.
