Introduction

This one seriously makes me just feel good after eating it. Maybe it's in my head because I know I ate superfoods, but I swear my belly feels tickled! This one seriously makes me just feel good after eating it. Maybe it's in my head because I know I ate superfoods, but I swear my belly feels tickled!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Kale, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Blue Cheese, 1 oz (remove)
    *Salad dressing, Trader Joes Balsamic Vinaigrette, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Barley, pearled, cooked, .3 cup (remove)
    Chia Seed, 1 serving (remove)

Tips

Sometimes I use feta instead of Bleu cheese. I buy my Chia seed from vitacost, Renew Life brand.


Directions

Make this as a salad, put the greens down & top with the rest & you are finished, fast and makes you feel sooo good!!
