Introduction

My low carb version of Avocado Ranch dressing My low carb version of Avocado Ranch dressing
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 small to medium Avocado - cubed
    1/4 C Dukes Mayonnaise (Dukes has no added sugar)
    1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
    1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
    1/2 Teaspoon Dried Italian Herbs
    1 Teaspoon dry ranch dressing mix
    1/2 - 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
    1/4 Teaspoon salt (or to taste)
    1/4 Teaspoon Texas Pete (or to taste)

Tips

~ 1 Net Carb per serving


Directions

Place all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth.
Add additional vinegar and/or lime juice until desired consistency is reached

Serving Size: Makes approx 1 1/4 Cup or 20 Tablespoons - 2 Tablespoons per serving
