Ingredients

    Calorie Countdown 2% Chocolate Dairy Beverage, .75 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 jumbo
    *Sucralose (like Splenda), 48 tsp
    *Carbquick - Low Carb Baking Mix made with Carbalose flour, 0.5 cup
    Cream Cheese, 16 oz
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp

Directions

Put all of the ingredients except the cream cheese in a blender. Blend on high speed 15 seconds. Add the cream cheese; blend 2 minutes. Pour into a well-greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Chill well before serving.
