RUth's Turkey Burger Stir Fry

Ingredients

    1/2 medium head of cabbage, chopped
    3 c. chopped Zucchini or summer squash
    1/2 c. raw onion, diced
    3 medium carrots, grated or chopped fine
    4 Tsp. raw cilantro, chopped
    8 oz. Turkey burger
    2 c. Minute Rice
    3 c. water
    Mrs. Dash to taste

Tips

You can just cook the meat and vegetables alone and serve over either rice or noodles.


Directions

Brown Turkey Burger in large dutch oven type pan. Add Mrs. Dash to season to your own taste. Add vegetables and 3 c. water cook until vegetables are almost tender. Add Minute Rice and cook for 5 more minutes, stirring often to prevent sticking. Ready to serve when rice is done.
