Ingredients

    - 6 c 1% plain yogurt
    - 2 english cucumbers
    - 1/4 c dill (approx)
    - 1 clove garlic (crushed)
    - salt (to taste)
    - pepper (to taste(
    - tabasco or other hot sauce (to taste)
    - 2 T lemon juice (approx)

Directions

- Drain yogurt in coffee filter lined strainer for approx. 4-6 hours
- Grate cucumbers, add 1/2 t salt, toss & let sit in strainer for approx. 1 hour to extract juices, press
- Mix all ingredients & adjust seasonings to taste

Serving Size: Makes 4 cups (or 32 2 Tbsp servings)
