1 cup v8
3 cups beef stock
15 oz can diced tomatoes
8 oz. shredded pot roast or cooked beef
22 0z frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup cooked barley
Tips
Directions
In a large pot combine juice, tomatoes, meat and stock. Cover and cook on medium low 20 minutes. Add the vegetables cover and cook low 30 minutes. Add the barley cover and cook on low 10 minutes.
