Dijon Vinaigrette

Introduction

My favorite salad dressing - sugar free and full of healthy fat. Use it also to baste a salmon fillet before broiling! My favorite salad dressing - sugar free and full of healthy fat. Use it also to baste a salmon fillet before broiling!
Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1/3 cup cold pressed sunflower oil
    1/3 cup raw apple cider vinegar (Braggs)
    2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    1/2 teaspoon sea salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Mix all together and whisk or shake well. Makes a little less than 2 cups. Keep in a pint size jar. Does not need refrigeration.

Serving Size: Makes about 30 servings, 1 tablespoon each
