1 cup Protein Powder
1 cup Natural Peanut Butter
1 cup Pure Honey
3 cups Quick Oats (can buy gluten-free types)
1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts or Almonds (optional) (in this example, I used 1/4 cup walnuts, 1/4 cup almonds).
Our local YMCA shared this recipe for the public, and also sells assembly kits where the ingredients are in a paper bag, and one just buys a bag and takes it home to mix up and assemble. 1 cup = 16 Tbsp (noting that SparkPeople only lists some ingredients in terms of Tablespoons, not Cups - for example, Peanut Butter, since usually one serving is only 2 Tbsp.).
Serving Size: 20-25 ping pong ball sized (about 1" diameter)
