Introduction

A yummy soup from freezer scraps. A yummy soup from freezer scraps.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 cups milk
    3 potatoes
    1 stick celery, diced
    1 onion, chopped
    5 oz cooked mussels
    2 cups frozen corn

Directions

Dump all but the mussels in a pot. Heat until potatoes are soft. Add mussels and cook another 5 minutes. Eat.

Serving Size: Makes 1, half gallon pot (about 8 servings)
