Introduction

I use this before an early morning workout. I usually pack the cottage cheese separately, mix the cinnamon & nuts & chopped apple & then mix just before eating. Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup - cottage cheese (low fat)
    2 tbps - walnut (pecans/almonds/pumpkin seeds/sunflower seeds ... u get the picture)
    1 - apple (with skin)
    dash of cinnamon powder for flavour

Directions

Chop up apple into small pieces
Mix all ingredients in a bowl & eat
