Shred romaine and leaf lettuse (5 c total)
Shred 1 c of red cabbage
Peel and chop one 7 inch cucumber
Chopt 2 3" fresh tomatoes
Thinly slice and chop 2 oz of red onion
Add 3 tbsp of granulated garlic
Add 2 tbsp of Olive Oil
Season to taste w/ salt and pepper
Toss thoroughly and let stand for 15 to 20 min before serving.
Diced turkeyham is a great additive. Add the calories if you do/

You are most welcome. I love this salad and have it alomost every night with enough left over for lunch the next day. I actually prefer a salad that has had some time to mellow and blend.
