Introduction

Slow cooker chicken & turkey meatballs with tomatoes, diced chilies, black beans and minced garlic in a cheesy Alfredo sauce over whole grain Penne pasta. Ingredients

    Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 10.5 serving
    Garlic, 1/3 cup
    Onion powder, .5 tsp
    Beans, black, 1 cup
    Chicken Breast, no skin, .5 unit
    3 Meatball Salute - Italian Style Turkey Meatballs, 4 serving
    Barilla Whole Grain Penne, 7 serving
    Ragu Cheese Light Parmesan Alfredo, 6 serving
    Diced Chilies, 4 serving

Directions

Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place chicken breast in bottom of pot.
Place meatballs around chicken.
Add diced chilies.
Drain and add black beans.
Add minced garlic.
Drain and add tomatoes.
Season with onion powder.
Cover and set on High.
About half an hour prior to serving, break up chicken into small chunky bits (or shred).
Add Alfredo and mix in well.
Cover and turn down to Low.
Just prior to serving, boil water and cook pasta.
