Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Apples, fresh, 1 medium
    Apples, fresh, 1 large
    Walnuts, 1/4 cup, chopped
    Pecans, 1/4 cup, chopped
    Grapes, 12 grape, seedless
    Liquid Honey, 1 tbsp
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1/2 cup
    Oranges, 1 large
    *Raisins, golden seedless, 1/4 cup, packed

Directions

Core apples leaving skin on, chop to bite size.
Peel orange, chop in bite sizes pieces
Leave grapes whole or slice in half
Add seedless golden raisins
Add walnuts & pecan pieces
Sir in one tlbsp. liquid honey, into 1/2 cup plain yogurt.
Stir to combine all.

Serving Size: Makes 6 - 1 cup servings
