Super Fresh Yummy Pancakes

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 cups (6 servings of 1/3 cup) of Aunt Jemima Complete Original Pancake Mix
    1.5 cups water
    2 medium ripe bananas
    2TBSP ground flax

Directions

place pancake mix in bowl, add 2 mashed banana's and ground flax. Add 1.5 cups water. Mix well. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop mixture onto hot griddle, sprayed with cooking spray, flip every 2 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

Serving Size: makes 12 (2-inch) pancakes
