Introduction

made with sun bird fried rice mix made with sun bird fried rice mix
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    shrimp, 200 grams boiled or pre- cooked
    2 tbsp oil
    3 cups cooked rice
    2 eggs beaten
    .5 cup frozen peas
    .5 cup boiled carrot(1 carrot)

Tips

add soy sauce if you want
leave out peas or carrots as well


Directions

heat oil and rice
push rice to the side and add eggs; scramble; stir with rice
add seasoning
add peas and shrimp
add water in small amounts if nessasary

Serving Size: makes 5 one cup servings
