Ingredients

Boneless Chicken Breast, flattened
1 T olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 t dried parsley
1 T lemon juice
dash of salt & pepper

Directions
Heat pan a couple minutes, add olive oil & garlic until garlic is browned.
Put boneless chicken breast in sandwich bag & pound out until flat, add to hot olive oil with garlic, pour lemon juice over then sprinkle with parsley, salt & pepper. Cook until brown, approx. 5 min each side. Can repeat with lemon juice & spices when you turn.
