Ruth's Oven Roasted Chicken and Roasted Vegetables

Introduction

Easy meal that can be done in the oven or slow cooker. Easy meal that can be done in the oven or slow cooker.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 3lb. Roasting Chicken, Cleaned and Washed
    4 Large Carrots, Peeled and sliced thick
    1 c. Chopped Cabbage
    6 Small Potatoes, Peeled and Diced
    1/4 small Zucchini, Diced
    1 tsp. Mrs. Dash
    1 c. Diced Raw Onion

Tips

Great one pan meal. Can be put in a slow cooker set on low and cooked for 6 hours.


Directions

Clean and Wash Chicken. Place in Baking Roaster Pan. Season with Mrs. Dash. Place all vegetables around Chicken and Cover with Foil. Roast in 300 degree oven for 2 hours.
