Almond Milk Fruit Pops

Submitted by: BOO-SHAY

Introduction

I was looking for a better way to popsicles or replace my fudgcicles that would be satisfying. Doctor Oz mentioned mixing fruit with Almond Milk. I didn't look at their recipe but created my own. I find this very satisfying and a wonderful treat. I was looking for a better way to popsicles or replace my fudgcicles that would be satisfying. Doctor Oz mentioned mixing fruit with Almond Milk. Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

Raspberries (or any other fruit which will alter the calories)
Almond Breeze Vanilla Sugar Free Milk
    Spenlda

Tips

I've also used Strawberries, bananas (make sure they are really ripe). I've also used puddings, tho pudding mix doesn't always mix well with Almond Milk. But I still like it. Remember depending on the amount of fruit it will make the calories vary.

Directions

Mash up a cup of fruit and add 1 cup of Almond Milk and Spenlda. Pour into Popsicle containers and freeze for a couple of hours until firm.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 5 servings (can vary depending on amount of fruit)

Number of Servings: 5
