Low Fat Low sodium extra veg tuna salad

Introduction

Only 4 WW pointsplus per 1 cup! And LOADED with protein and veggies! Only 4 WW pointsplus per 1 cup! And LOADED with protein and veggies!

Ingredients

    Mann's Broccoli Cole Slaw, 8 oz, chopped roughly
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, diced fine
    Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced fine
    Large 4 pound can of chunk Tuna canned in water, drained AND rinsed well in colander under running water and drained again
    Chobani nonfat plain Greek yogurt, 6oz
    Hellman's Mayo, 12 tbsp
    Dill Relish (Heinz), 8 tbsp
    Westbrae No Salt Added Stoneground Mustard, several tsp, to taste
    Ground pepper to taste

Directions

No cooking. Just dump it all in one huge mixing bowl and mix together. DO take the time to drain, rinse, and then drain the tuna again to significantly reduce the sodium!
