8 cups sliced napa cabbage (about 1/2 a head)
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/4 cup water
1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
2. place cabbage in a skillet, add water and cook until softened and quantity has reduced by about 1/2, then drain.
3. Add butter and stir until melted
Serving Size: 4 servings (approx 1 cup each)
