Ingredients


    3 cups rolled oats -gluten free
    2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
    1/2 cup chopped almonds
    1/2 sunflower seeds unsalted
    1/2 cup un sweetened coconut
    1/4 cup agave necter
    1 tablespoon vanilla
    1 table spoon cinnamon

Tips

Dried fruits can be added after baking. This wll add additional calories to your serving.

I sometimes I will add a scoop of whey protien to the mix too.


Directions

Mix everything together and bake on cookie sheet at 250 for 1.5 hours stiring every 15 minutes.
