Ingredients

    3 medium bananas
    1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 tsp splenda
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Tips

may add peanut butter for flavoring as well, leave plain or add berries or other fruit to alter the flavoring.


Directions

Slice bananas & put into freezer until frozen (they are much easier to blend when sliced). Once frozen put them into food processor or blender until it resembles ice cream. Add cocoa powder, splenda & vanilla extract & blend until mixed.

Serving Size: makes 4 1/2 cup servings
