Asian Glazed Chicken

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 chicken drumsticks
    2 chicken thighs
    16 oz boneless skinless breast
    1 Tbsp garlic chili sauce
    2 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
    1 Tbsp sesame oil
    2 Tbsp water

Directions

1. In a small bowl mix chili sauce, sesame oil, teriyaki sauce and water and set aside.

2. Brush sauce over chicken and then pour remainder over and bake at 350 degrees for 30-50 minutes till pieces are browned and internal temp is 160 degrees or more.

3. Use the pan juices during cooking to baste chicken as it cooks.

Serving Size: 2 drumsticks or 1 thigh or 4 oz breast meat (roughly)
