1/2 Granny Smith Apple, cubed
1/2 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
1/2 cup Cabbage, fresh and shredded
1 cup Cherries, fresh
6 oz 0% Greek Yogurt, plain flavor
1/8 tspn Cayenne Pepper, ground
Salt and Pepper to taste
Chicken may be substituted with tuna fish. Celery, green/yellow/orange peppers may be added for extra color and crunch. Craisins may be added for additional tang.
