1 cup Splenda sugar substitute 1 cup water 3 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed 3 Tbl lemon juice, or to taste
Combine splenda and water stirring until clear. In a food processor or blender puree thawed strawberries with lemon juice. Add strawberry mixture to splenda and water mixture. Transfer to ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturers instructions . Or freeze in ice cube trays.
