Cocktail Sauce

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 6-oz. can tomato paste
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar (Braggs)
    1 teaspoons hot sauce
    1/4 teaspoon horse radish
    1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
    To taste: Stevia, salt, pepper
    water if needed

Tips

8 to 10 shrimp, cucumber slices and celery sticks, plus this cocktail sauce makes a nice light meal.


Directions

Mix all ingredients, adding a little water if too thick. Chill in the fridge before using. 1/3 recipe is 53 calories and will sub for a fruit serving. If the serving size information is important for your diet, divide the recipe into three serving-size containers before chilling.
