A yummy soup to take to work for lunch A yummy soup to take to work for lunch
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    King traditional soup mix (any flavour)
    1 onion
    1 leek
    1 cup carrot grated
    1 cup zucchini grated
    3 large potatoes grated

Directions

Put it all in a pot and cook for 1 hour or longer depending on the thickness you like for your soup. Other vegetables can be added to the recipe depending on your tastes. I have also used parsnip, yams and a few others. Try what you like.
