Jessica's Turkey Balls (revised June '12)

Ingredients

    *Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 20 oz (remove)
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 40 oz (remove)
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 4 serving (remove)
    egg white, fresh, 6 large (remove)
    Crushed red pepper, to taste
    No Salt Italian Seasoning, to taste (I use at least 1/2 cup

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Spray cookie sheet with butter spray, scoop balls using 1/8 measuring cup.

Serving Size: 53 1/8cup size balls
