Quick Enchiladas

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 28oz can Las Palmas Enchilada Sauce
    1 can Great Value Medium Black olives
    1 bag of El Monterey Beef and bean burritos
    1 Med. size Daisy sour cream
    4 serving size cups Kirkland Mexican Blend Cheese
    3 small Tomatoes (diced)

Directions


Slice your black olives if you didnít buy precut olives and set aside.

add a little Enchilada Sauce to a 13 by 9 baking dish just enough to cover the bottom of the dish lightly.

Arrange the burritos in the dish so the all fit.

Then pour the remaining sauce over the burritos so all of them are covered with sauce.

Sprinkle cheese over top and add black olives.

Bake uncovered for 15-20 mins at 350 till cheese is melted and burritos are hot (donít let your cheese burn)

While thatís baking dice up your tomatoes and set aside till burritos are done then top them with tomatoes and sour cream and enjoy!
