Introduction

super easy, very delicious... super easy, very delicious...
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    4-5lb. boston butt pork roast
    1 can of beer
    5-6 garlic cloves
    1 quartered onion
    2-3 jalapenos
    entire bunch of unchopped cilantro

Directions

Place pork, beer, garlic onion, jalapenos and cilantro in slow cooker. cook on low 6-8 hrs. remove from pot leaving everything else behind. shred then salt and fresh lime it to taste.

i make burritos, tacos, pulled pork salad with this. it's delicious :)
