Trish's Granola Bars

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2 cups rolled oats
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup wheat germ or milled flax seed
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, blueberries, cherries)
    3/4 tsp salt
    1/2 cup honey
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil
    2 tsp vanilla

Tips

Cut into squareswhile still warm.


Directions

Mix dry ingredients and then make a well, add wet ingredients amd mix well with hands. Shape into rectangle on 13x9 and bake @ 350 for 15-20 minutes.
