This is a high fiber and protein oatmeal that is also packed with antioxidants from cocoa powder. It's a great way to start your day or satisfy a late night chocolate craving. Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/3 cup oats
    2/3 cup milk
    1 tbsp cocoa powder
    1 tbsp sweetener of choice

Tips

-Watch the oatmeal when it's in the microwave to make sure it doesn't boil over
-If the oatmeal cools for too long and gets too thick, you can stir in some extra milk


Directions

1) Combine oats, cocoa powder, and sugar in a microwave safe bowl.
2) Add this milk and microwave on high for 1 minute.
3) Stir and continue to microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring in between until a desired consistency is achieved.
4) Let cool and enjoy!
