Ingredients

100 grams white fish (I used Tilapia)
1 T. minced onion
1 lemon
1 orange
Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Stevia to taste
Foil for wrapping fish

Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Slice half the lemon and set aside. Juice the other half the lemon, and grate the zest. Mix zest with lemon juice, add stevia to taste.
Slice half the orange. (Section or slice the remaining orange and set aside, to eat with your meal.) Place fish on a square of aluminum foil. Baste fish with lemon juice mixture and top with salt, pepper, and orange & lemon slices. Wrap in foil and place in preheated oven. Cook fish for 5-10 minutes or until fish is thoroughly cooked. Serve topped with parsley and with the other half of the orange along side.
