Ingredients

    potatoes cut up
    squash cut up
    bell pepper cut up
    sausage
    cream of mushroom
    velvetta cheese

Directions

Boil potatoes ans squash together until tender. Brown sausage and bell pepper together. Drain both and mix together in large bowl. Add cheese and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well. Place in a 9x13 casserole dish, bake for 30 mins. at 325.
