2 tbs chopped fresh parsley 1.2 cup butter 4 trout 1/2 bottle of dry white wine Juice of 1 lemon salt & pepper
Mix chopped parsley in butter & divide into five parts. Tub salt & petter in to each fish & place in baking dish. Put one pat of butter on each fish & set aside remaing butter. Pour in win, cover & cook at 350 for 20 minutes. Add the juice of the lemon & the rest of butter. Cover and cook an additional 10 minutes.
You may need to adjust amount of fish if they are small or extra large. Use about 4 ozs per person.
