2 large eggs
2 Tbsp half & half
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp tarragon leaves, rubbed together in hands
1 tsp olive oil
1-2 tsp butter
Cook to the doneness you like. And remove to plate. Serve immediately with toast, etc.
