Ingredients

    7 OZ. 90% LEAN GROUND BEEF
    1/4 CUP EGG SUB
    1 SLICE HEALTHY DELITES 7 GRAIN BREAD
    1/4 ONION CHOPPED
    1/2 TSP GARLIC POWDER
    1/4 TSP SALT
    1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
    1 TSP DRIED BASIL

Tips

SERVE 2 MEATBALLS AND SAUCE OVER SPAGHETTI SQUASH WITH A SIDE SALAD.


Directions

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND FORM 6 MEATBALLS. SPRAY PAM ON A PAN AND BAKED IN TOASTER OVEN OR REGULAR OVEN FOR 20 MINUTES AT 375 DEGREES. REMOVE FROM PAN AND PLACE IN SIMMERING HOMEMADE ITALIAN TOMATO SAUCE AND ALLOW TO SIMMER FOR 40 MINUTES.
