IntroductionCrispy like chips except Kale ....you will want more ! My daughter & niece loved them. Crispy like chips except Kale ....you will want more ! My daughter & niece loved them.
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner (or paper towels).
- Spray kale with olive oil or canola oil spray and sprinkle with garlic salt/pepper.
-Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 minutes.
Put leaves face down and add as many as you can in 1 layer. They will shrink when baked.
