Introduction

My first recipe - Intended for high protein/fiber dinner for 2. My first recipe - Intended for high protein/fiber dinner for 2.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 can of very low sodium Tuna ($1.75)
    1 can of yellow corn no salt added ($1.00)
    2 large carrots 7-8 inches ($1.00)
    1 can of black beans 15oz ($1.00)

Tips

I intend to sprinkle some Old Bays Seasoning into my vegtable boil. This will increase the flavor and sodium levels immensely.


Directions

Drain and Mix Corn and Beans and Carrots in a deep pot on the stove set the medium heat. Mix 1 6oz glass of water into the pot. Stir constantly until warm, add drained can of Tuna. Stir. Serve.
