Ingredients

    3/4 cup of frozen mixed berries
    1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
    1/4 cup skim milk
    1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
    3 Tbsp match powder

Tips

If you hate those little seeds in your teeth, pour through a mesh sieve after blending to separate.


Directions

Place all ingredients into a sturdy blender. Cover and blend on high or liquefy until all ingredients homogenize.
Pour into a tall glass and add a funky straw!
